Dave Maloney's Golf Background

For more than 20 years, My Golf Conditioning have helped golfers connect solid technique with how their bodies actually move. Dave trained under Titleist Performance Institute co-founders Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips, and Golf Digest twice named him a Top 50 Golf Fitness Trainer in America. Clients work directly with Dave in our private East Greenwich studio, gaining big-league knowledge in a relaxed, personal setting that keeps every lesson focused on measurable improvement.

How We Coach Golfers

We start every relationship by listening, then we design a clear plan that fits your goals, schedule, and body. Simulator data, video, and our backyard green show exactly what the club and ball are doing, while golf-specific fitness and orthotic evaluations address balance, mobility, and comfort. You leave each session knowing what changed, why it matters, and how to practice it, so your time and money translate into lower scores.

Approachable and Results-Driven

We keep coaching simple, direct, and friendly, whether you are a brand-new player or a competitive golfer. As Lead Instructor with First Tee Rhode Island, Dave brings the same patient, value-based approach to every age group. Sessions cover more than swing mechanics, including course management, etiquette, and confidence under pressure. The goal is consistent progress that you can see on the scorecard and feel every time you step onto the first tee.

How Dave Coaches

Our coaching style is calm, direct, and built around you. Dave blends simulator data, video, and backyard green sessions so every teaching point ties to something you can feel and repeat on the course. As Lead Instructor with First Tee Rhode Island, he has spent years guiding juniors and families, which builds patience, clear communication, and a strong sense of values. Those same qualities shape every adult lesson, whether you are breaking 100 or chasing tournament finishes.

Sessions cover swing technique, fitness, orthotics, course management, and etiquette when needed, so nothing important gets left out. You always leave with two things, a clear practice plan and a simple explanation of why it matters. Ready to see how this approach fits your game?
